The Good
Everybody seems to be cutting their hair these days. That's cool, but just know that hair doesn't grow back all that fast and that that look ain't for everybody. Thus, I bring you "The Good, The Bad, The Ugly" I'mma try to do this with different stuff to give helpful examples of how it should & shouldn't be done.
That being said, all the ladies that are looking for that "cool" haircut so they can have a "different" or 'edgy" look should take notes from Nicole of Nina Sky. Notice that even though she has a drastically short cut, the hair BLENDS into itself very nicely. The proper term for this is "weight distribution" where you blend or "fade" the longer hair into the shorter hair so that there is no abrupt dark/light area in the haircut. If you want a "cool" haircut, that doesn't mean that you have to get a terrible haircut. A good haircut blends into itself nicely, which makes styling it very easy, because you don't have to try to "hide" areas of the cut.

The Bad
Although Cassie made no attempt to blend her hair at all here, she gets props because she went all in. She had a specific look she was going for and she didn't hold back at all. Her lines are very sharp and It turned out pretty dope. This is the cut to be cautious of because very few people can pull it off and once it's done it's done, but she has the type of face that can carry this sort asymmetry. I file this one under "The Bad" because we here at Lo Lights.com do not encourage this type of behavior from any of our readers.
The Ugly
Not only are these styles on Rihanna & Demi Moore bad, the motivation for these cuts seems even worse. I do not know what they were attempting to do so I couldn't tell you if they missed the mark or not. This is a prime example of one cutting her hair purely for the sake of the trend and gaining attention. Now y'all know I'm all about doing what you feel and not waiting for permission. My motto is "if you like it, I love it"... but damn! You could at least consult with another human being. I'm especially disappointed in Rih Rih on this one. She should know better.

Yea, I saw it. Hers are diff from these tho, cuz she just cut everything off. Not necessarily a bad cut. Just not a good look for her. She just aged herself by like 20 yrs. With that cut. Looking like somebody auntie. But hey, if she like it I love it. My only problem is that ppL like her & Cassie might encourage random ppl in The hood to try that shit and THAT'S unnacceptable. That was my motivation for the post. Like if u gon' try that shit at home, then tread with caution.
