I had no idea, who Cai Guo-Qiang was before I saw this, but I really appreciate his vision and how he goes about creating art. There's definitely a meticulousness and calculated portion of it, but by using gun powder the art becomes spontaneous. I encourage y'all to check out the video of him working.
